What features are included?
All features are included with every account. You get access to the Rosie AI assistant (opt-in, with a monthly credit allotment per plan), smart tagging and clustering, talent approval workflows, collections and folders, advanced search, watermarked downloads, secure share links, complete audit trails, IPTC metadata management, and video format support. There's no feature gating — everyone gets everything.
How does the Rosie credit allotment work?
Every paid plan ships with a monthly Rosie credit allotment: 1,000 credits on Starter, 2,500 on Professional, and 5,000 on Studio. A typical Rosie message costs around 1 credit; bulk operations and long-context turns cost a few more. Credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. We may revise these allotments as we learn how teams use Rosie; if we do, you'll see it in the app and on this page before it takes effect.
Do I have to turn Rosie on?
Yes. Rosie is off by default. Only an organization owner can enable Rosie, after reviewing the AI Assistant Data Flows Addendum. Until consent is recorded, no Rosie traffic flows to the AI provider. Once enabled, every user's existing role and permissions still apply — Rosie can only do through chat what each person is already allowed to do in the app.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on storage usage. All platform features are available to everyone regardless of storage tier. As your storage needs grow, you can upgrade your allocation. Contact our team to discuss the right storage tier for your production needs.

What happens when I approach my storage limit?
We'll notify you as you approach your storage limit so you can plan ahead. If you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade or free up space to continue uploading. Your existing content is never affected - you'll always have full access to everything already uploaded.
Can external talent access the platform?
Yes! Talent can review and approve photos using secure access codes - no account required. They receive a unique code and passcode via email, giving them secure access to review their photos. You maintain full control with studio override capabilities and complete audit trails.
What file formats are supported?
We support all common image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, RAW) plus professional video formats including ProRes and DNxHD. Images are automatically optimized with multiple thumbnail sizes for fast viewing. We also support comprehensive IPTC metadata with 40+ fields.
How secure is the platform?
Security is built into everything we do. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We provide complete audit trails of all access, downloads, and changes. Role-based access control with 65+ granular permissions lets you control exactly who can do what. Sessions are automatically managed with idle timeout protection.
Can I share assets with external parties?
Yes, securely. Create share links with passcode protection and expiration dates. Downloads can include automatic watermarking. Generate ZIP exports with metadata included. Every share and download is logged in the audit trail for complete chain of custody.
How does team collaboration work?
Create projects and invite unlimited team members. Assign permissions using templates (viewer, editor, manager) or customize with 65+ granular options. Team members can comment on assets, @mention colleagues, and track activity through real-time feeds and notifications.
