Can external talent access the platform?
Yes! Talent can review and approve photos using secure access codes - no account required. They receive a unique code and passcode via email, giving them secure access to review their photos. You maintain full control with studio override capabilities and complete audit trails.
What file formats are supported?
We support all common image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, RAW) plus professional video formats including ProRes and DNxHD. Images are automatically optimized with multiple thumbnail sizes for fast viewing. We also support comprehensive IPTC metadata with 40+ fields.
