What's included in the 14-day free trial?
All paid plans (Starter, Professional, Studio) come with a full 14-day free trial. You get complete access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card required to start your trial. You'll only be charged after the trial ends if you decide to continue.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features and we'll prorate the cost. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
We'll send you email notifications when you reach 80% and 90% of your storage limit. If you hit 100%, you'll need to upgrade to continue uploading new files. We'll never delete your existing content - you'll still have full access to everything you've already uploaded.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll be moved to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also set up invoice billing with Net 30, 60, or 90 day terms.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available for all paid plans with a 15% discount. For example, the Starter plan is $149/month or $1,525/year (save $263). Contact sales to set up annual billing or switch from monthly to annual.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, you'll keep access to all your existing projects and files. However, if you exceed the storage limit of your new plan, you'll need to delete files or upgrade again before uploading new content. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs. You only pay the monthly subscription price for your chosen plan. Enterprise customers may have custom pricing based on specific needs.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, we'll refund unused time on a prorated basis if you cancel within the first 7 days. After that, you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer a 40% discount for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with proof of status (501(c)(3) certificate or .edu email) to apply.
What about data security and backups?
All plans include enterprise-grade security with encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain daily backups with 30-day retention. Professional plans and above get additional compliance certifications. Enterprise plans can customize backup policies.
