Sub-Processors

Overview
This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that K5 Labs, LLC, operating as ReelStorage, engages to process personal data on behalf of our customers.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we will notify organizational customers of any intended changes to sub-processors, providing at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to object before the change takes effect.

International Data Transfers
All current sub-processors are headquartered in the United States. For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

Data Processing Agreement
Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). To request a DPA, please contact us at [email protected].
Change Notification
We will notify organizational customers via email at least 30 days before engaging any new sub-processor or making material changes to existing sub-processor arrangements. Customers may object to such changes by contacting us within the notification period.
